1.2 FRANCHISE REQUIREMENTS

Investment Projects Store rental
  Store renovation (with sample decorations) and model costs
  Operating expenses
  Office equiptment, Wi-fi, telecommunication etc.
  Working capital (salaries etc)
Renovation and Design To be standarized and planned by PA, renovation works to be performed according to renovation scheme
Human Resource To recruit its own interior designers, sales representatives and installation workers, and PA shall provide training on standardised supply product price and product retail price
Operating Method Centralised supply price, PA to provide guidance to retail price
  To establish PA stores
  Unified outreach, assist with franchisees' local advertising

1.3 STORE LOCATION

Ground floor, shopping malls or independent buildings with an area of not less than the top three competitors.

1.4 STORE RENOVATION REQUIREMENTS

Renovation according to the unified VI image, unified design and renovation plans, any modifications must be confirmed by PA designer.
